Cattle ranching has alway been part of Wyoming, probably built Wyoming, the reason people settled here and then stayed. Running cattle is impossible without the unsung Ranch Hand. A jack of all trades, he knows horses, weather, the environment, builds, puts up fence and defends the heard. We really want to recognize this important person in Wyoming history, so, we blended Ranch Hand, a new addition to the Frontier Collection.
Ranch Hand is a dark roast with amazing flaovrs of dark chocolate, brown sugar, nust and just the right amount of dried fruit. This is a crowd pleaser for not only dark roast enthusiasts but we think those that prefer medium roast will be surpises with the smoothness and complexity of the flavors.

Light - Roasted to our lightest level. Usually before first cracks end. Called a Half City Roast.
Medium/Light - Roasted to first crack. Called a City Roast.
Medium - Roasted after first cracks before well before second crack. Called a City+ Roast.
Medium/Dark - Roasted to the start of second cracks.
Dark - Roasted from the start of second cracks to 15 seconds into second cracks.
Very Dark - Roasted beyond 15 seconds into second cracks.
