Shorty's Rescue
We at Janus Coffee Roasters are so excited to announce our collaboration with Shorty Rossi. We have created a 3 bean blend that is amazing in either medium or dark roast - you choose! This blend has beans from Nicaragua, Hondurous and some Brazil Peaberry. The Peaberry adds a little extra kick to the blend and really evens out the deep flavors of cocoa, caramel, roasted nuts and hints of brown sugar.
Proceeds from the sale of this blend go directly to Shorty's Rescue. Grab a bag of great coffee roasted your way and always roasted to order and help a great cause!!
Light - Roasted to our lightest level. Usually before first cracks end. Called a Half City Roast.
Medium/Light - Roasted to first crack. Called a City Roast.
Medium - Roasted after first cracks before well before second crack. Called a City+ Roast.
Medium/Dark - Roasted to the start of second cracks.
Dark - Roasted from the start of second cracks to 15 seconds into second cracks.
Very Dark - Roasted beyond 15 seconds into second cracks.
