HAIL!
We have been lifelong University of Michigan fans. Naturally when the Wolverines won the college football National Championship we had to launch a coffee to pay tribute to that victory.
Hail to the Victors is the University of Michigan's fight song and we certainly want to comply with trademarks, so, we simply named this amazing blend "Hail!"
We used 3 of our favorite bean from Nicaragua, Peru and Costa Rica to create Hail. Roasting the blend dark really brings notes of caramel, milk chocolate, nuts to the forefront. We couldn't be happier with the results of this blend and roast.

Light - Roasted to our lightest level. Usually before first cracks end. Called a Half City Roast.
Medium/Light - Roasted to first crack. Called a City Roast.
Medium - Roasted after first cracks before well before second crack. Called a City+ Roast.
Medium/Dark - Roasted to the start of second cracks.
Dark - Roasted from the start of second cracks to 15 seconds into second cracks.
Very Dark - Roasted beyond 15 seconds into second cracks.
