Our signature roast. Once only available in our home town and surrounding communities. This is was meant to be a tribute to Wyoming, the State we grew up in and hold near and dear to our heart. But after sending some to friends abroad and getting crazy good feedback we knew we had to take it nationwide!
A single bean roast straight out of Nica. We slow roast this to just the edge of darkness. The roasting process takes away any bitterness and leaves a smooth drinking experience for all. The edge of darkness roast brings out strong bold flavors of deep rich chocolate, honey from the bean's natural sugars and some hints of caramel. Providing an incredible clean finish.
Side note on Steamboat - this is Shad's daily grind. He drinks it 5 out of 7 days. Why? Great price on a great roast and Nica is near and dear to his heart! And no, the other 2 days he does not K-Cup or Starbucks!!!

Light - Roasted to our lightest level. Usually before first cracks end. Called a Half City Roast.
Medium/Light - Roasted to first crack. Called a City Roast.
Medium - Roasted after first cracks before well before second crack. Called a City+ Roast.
Medium/Dark - Roasted to the start of second cracks.
Dark - Roasted from the start of second cracks to 15 seconds into second cracks.
Very Dark - Roasted beyond 15 seconds into second cracks.
