Winter Carnival
We wanted to add a flavored coffee for the Holiday Season. While searching for new Holiday flavor we stumbled across Winter Carnival. The name certainly fit the bill for what we were looking for. Then we tried it.....oh my! The flavor profile of custard, vanilla and caramel come to together perfectly. Winter Carnival immediately jumped into our top 3 flavors. It is the perfect Holiday flavored coffee - you gotta try this one!
Light - Roasted to our lightest level. Usually before first cracks end. Called a Half City Roast.
Medium/Light - Roasted to first crack. Called a City Roast.
Medium - Roasted after first cracks before well before second crack. Called a City+ Roast.
Medium/Dark - Roasted to the start of second cracks.
Dark - Roasted from the start of second cracks to 15 seconds into second cracks.
Very Dark - Roasted beyond 15 seconds into second cracks.
